Weatherstripping

VEKA's Value-Added Services (VAS) extend beyond standard offerings, to door fabrication, custom cut lengths, lamination, miter cuts, routing and punching, capstock, protective film, and specialized packaging and branding. We emphasize finding solutions for customer needs rather than merely selling products.

VEKA provides value-added services include the inline insertion of weatherstrips, gaskets, and bulbs. As the profile exits calibration, it is cooled and dimensionally stable, allowing weatherstrips to be unwound from reels, fed through a guide system, and rolled into the sash profile by the puller without shrinking or pulling back. Each sash profile has specific tooling to ensure the weatherstrip is securely inserted. The finished profile includes three weatherstrips, ready for further processing and shipping.
