Qualified engineers and CAD technicians work closely with customers to design proprietary systems

The window engineering department works closely with VEKA customers to create window systems that meet specific market demands. Combining customer needs with extrusion design criteria, VEKA engineers are able to produce new and innovative systems that satisfy the building needs in any geographical region.

Utilizing sophisticated computer technology, complete and detailed dimensional drawings of either a proposed VEKA system or a proprietary system are created.

Customers working closely with the design team can refine these concepts to a final form that that will satisfy the fabricator's sales and production staff. At this stage, prototypes are made to test the manufacturing capabilities of the design. Computer generated imaging and stereo lithography samples are generated from the two dimensional drawings.

These mockups ensure that the window will perform properly throughout the fabrication process. These finished three dimensional prototypes also verify the aesthetics of the window system.
