VEKA will exhibit in GlassBuild America 09 this Fall in Atlanta, GA

VEKA Inc. announced today that they, once again, will participate in GlassBuild America 09 this Fall in Atlanta, GA. VEKA took a short break in 2008 in response to the declining market conditions and the increasing raw material costs that the industry has faced. Steve Dillon, Corporate Director of Marketing for VEKA in North America states, “At first we were hesitant about not participating last year, but in hindsight, we are glad that we made that choice. Our customers showed great appreciation for the decision we made. We have faced a lot of adversity, as everyone has since then, but we are starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. We are tired of the negativity our industry and economy are faced with every day and are challenged to rise above what’s in the past and promote the positive as we gear up for the future.”

VEKA’s re-entry into the industry leading tradeshow will be on a more modest scale than in the past but promises to have a greater impact at the show.

“We will be launching a new look and a new message for 2009-2010 and are extremely excited about re-introducing VEKA to the industry. We have a rich history worldwide of unparalleled service and products and it’s time to re-energize our business and do everything we can to support our customer base,” states Mr. Dillon.
